As Part of trips week PhotoUclan students visited Manchester to visit commercial studios and continue to develop our external professional links, Studio Manager Julian at Photolink very kindly agreed to meet our students and give them a tour of Photolink Studios in Manchester, showing them the huge range of work they undertake and how they manage their impressive studio spaces and image production for their long client list. We also met up with one of our PhotoUclan alumni Josh Jackson who is now a still life Photographer at Photolink Studios.

In the afternoon we visited another of our recent PhotoUclan alumni Liz Ball from Iris Artistic Platform who talked to our students about curating her latest show ‘Etalage ii’ at Awol studios in Manchester which featured work by PhotoUclan Alumni Paul McCrimmon, MA student Kevin Crooks, and staff David Dennison and Mark Reeves.
